About Cheesequake Village

Cheesequake Village is an age-restricted 55 + residential adult community located in Old Bridge, New Jersey, within the Matawan Postal district of 07747. It is located next to Cheesequake State Park, accessible by Exit 120 on the Garden State Parkway. Located one hour from New York City, and ten minutes from the Aberdeen-Matawan train station on NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line, it is conveniently situated near the shopping hub areas of Routes 34, 35, and 36, located in the towns of Hazlet, Matawan, and Old Bridge. The train station is 5 miles east of South Amboy and 2 miles west of Hazlet. There are four types of homes consisting of one, and two-bedroom, condominiums units. The community and recreational facilities are owned by the Cheesequake Village Association (CVA) and the village affairs are governed by the Cheesequake Village Board of Trustees.
